It’s been a while, so we wanted to say hello and re-introduce ourselves as a company!

Who are we? We’re a small group of professionals with one major goal in mind: to help you run a better business. In the fall of 2018, a group of Nashville-based business professionals came together to create Genovations Consulting. Our name, Genovations, combines two terms: “genesis” meaning “new beginnings” and “innovations” referring to creative solutions. Our company exists as a new and innovative approach to your accounting and human resource needs.
Beginning a new venture should be exciting, but can also introduce many new challenges and roadblocks you may not have previously encountered. We seek to empower small business managers and owners with tools and knowledge to increase their efficiency and profitability.
We currently offer a variety of services in accounting and human resources. We also have sister companies: Genovations Media, Genovations Tech, and Genovations Realty which have branched out to provide other various services within the industries of media, technology, and real estate.
Our services are guided by our core values: integrity, excellence, and transparency.
We strive to bring these three elements to our clients and within our own team on the day to day. In short, we want you to know that we don’t cut corners. We have your back! We do all we can to accomplish your goals and we are clear about our processes. You can expect these values to be evident when collaborating with us.
When working with our clients, we have two big hopes. First, we hope to help you create ways to make your business a well oiled machine. We believe that managing a business should be an exciting venture and collaborating with the right team can make it even more rewarding. Second, we hope to provide you with tools to improve your business goals.
When working with us, you’ll find that our team is interested in sharing our knowledge and expertise, rather than gate-keeping it. Our hope is to educate other professionals to be able to make wise business decisions, while also alleviating them of the headache of trying to do everything themselves.
As a small business ourselves, we understand the pitfalls that come from starting a new venture. We excel in our personal care for clients, and we truly see ourselves as a part of our clients’ teams.
