  • No! We can create digital or printed handbooks.

You can do this if you want but, like with most things HR, consistency is preferred and produces the best results.

  • This is totally up to you! Typically handbooks are between 10-50 pages.

  • Though finding what is standard practice is typically a good initial move, it’s just that, just an initial move. You need something for yourself, for your employees, and for your situation.
