Onboarding Process

Welcome to the Genovations Consulting Team! In the days to come you will be receiving onboarding information that you'll need to complete either via DocuSign or in-person with your manager. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions during this process. I'm here to assist your management team with Human Resources so that we can make your first week (and all the paperwork) as seamless as possible! 

*Please note on the Docusign Power forms (linked here), just put "Human Resources" for the name and  HR@GenovationsConsulting.com for the email.

  1. First-day important information

  2. Complete Form i9* by the end of your first day via Docusign

  3. Bring the necessary supporting documents (see page 3 on Form i9 for a list of eligible documents): Examples: a valid passport OR valid drivers license AND social security card, but you may choose anything from the list on page 3.

  4. Bring your mobile device to make sure you're able to login and navigate any new software required.

  5. Please take some time to carefully review the Employee Handbook .

  6. Download the CODA iOS or Android app and log in with your company email address to make for quick and easy mobile access to your handbook. You may also view this handbook in a web browser (Chrome works best!)

  7. Review and complete the documents as Docusign Power forms within three business days of your date of hire.*

  8. Form i9 - DAY 1 priority

  9. Form W-4

  10. Direct Deposit Authorization Form

  11. Background Check Consent Form

  12. Employee Handbook Acknowledgment Form

  13. Employee Emergency Contact Form

  14. Please share any valid certifications you have pertaining to your job for your employee records
